TIM ELEBY
Timothy Eleby, known as Tim The Caterer, was born and raised in St. Louis where he quickly learned and cultivated his love for food, fun, and family. During his time in the food service and hospitality industry, he has had the pleasure to work with a few of St. Louis’ legendary caterers – Bryan Young, Patty Long, and WCS Catering. He prides himself on creating a unique experience for each client, while always remembering you are only as good as your last event.
JOE WESTBROOK
Joe, also known as King of the Grill, was born and raised in St. Louis where he has developed a passion for not only the grill but enhancing the palate of others. A true entrepreneur, Joe, has honed his craft while working in Corporate America in sales and operation. He prides himself on quality, execution, and awakening your taste buds.
ASHLEE FREEMAN
A dedicated worker with a mystic personality bringing a taste of excellent and fresh food creativity to Pure Catering! Ashlee continues to show admiration and respect for Pure catering since becoming a member in 2019 the 1st lady of Pure! with the given recognition of becoming part owner in December 2021.
Ms. Freeman’s passion shows through cooking. She enjoys creating home-cooked fresh meals and values herself on providing amazing service to our customers.
Supporting and creating an inclusive environment where everyone can be their best selves and contribute their creativity to the vision is Ashlee’s approach.
As a leader within Pure Catering, it is important to her to consistently display the best characteristics of leadership to support a healthy work environment.
BRYAN YOUNG
Bryan Young is Catering Director for Pure Catering, he started his food service career at the Media Club in 1971 as a bus boy and worked his way up to captain before moving on the Café Balaban in 1976. Bryan worked at Café Balaban for 18 years as a waiter, dining room manager, and catering director. Before starting Catering Plus in 1995 Bryan along partners opened Tango Grill, which was a Spanish tapas-style restaurant. Bryan started Catering Plus with two employees and Bryan was the chef, salesman, and event planner, which served the St. Louis area for 18 years. Bryan is a graduate of the Forest Park Community College Hotel Restaurant Program. Bryan has attended Catersource for over 30 years.
